Bahan-bahannya :
300 ml fresh milk
240 gm tepung kek
240 gm coklat cip
120 gm gula kastor
50ml minyak sayur atau minyak jagung
50 gm serbuk koko van hounten
2 biji telur
2 sudu kecil baking powder
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
1/2 sudu kecil garam
Cara-cara :
Panaskan oven dahulu.
Campurkan tepung kek, serbuk koko, gula kastor, baking powder dan garam, gaul sebati.
Dalam bekas lain, pukul telur dan esen vanila, masukkan minyak sayur dan fresh milk, kacau sebati. Masukkan bahan diatas kedalam campuran tepung, gaul rata, masukkan coklat cip. Adun perlahan, masukkan dalam muffin cup (3/4 sahaja). Taburkan coklat cip sebagai hiasan. Bakar dalam oven 200 drj celcius selama 20 min.
